Swedish Company Cebo Konsult wants to open economy-class hotel chain in Poland. The investment is made also in the perspective of EURO 2012.

The Finnish Group Komas Oy, which in August 2006 acquired major shares in Fabryka Maszyn in Janów will now increase its shares from 86,6% to  92,88 %. The company is also planning to increase production by 30%.


SanomaWSOY has agreed to acquire all shares in the Polish educational publishing company Nowa Era Sp. z o.o. The acquisition is subject to the approval of Polish antitrust officials.
